2023 Jack-o-Lantern Walk & Haunted Forest signup sheet
We are seeking Scary People & Pumpkin Patrols at the 2023 Jack-O-Lantern Walk on Saturday, October 28 in Gilmore Park. Scary People will need to supply their own scary make-up, props and/or costumes. Their job is to scare people who dare to walk through the forest, without touching. Pumpkin Patrols will be asked to patrol the path/park to ensure pumpkins are not vandalized, greet neighbours and ensure pumpkins are labelled. Volunteers on the first shift (4:45-6:00PM) should direct participants to place their carved pumpkins 6 feet apart in the middle of the path and ensure they are labeled with a name and email address. Volunteers on the last shift (8:00-9:15PM) may need to move pumpkins that are not picked up by 9PM to Tammy's yard. All volunteers should dress warmly.
