Inventory amount of items set out and used each shift so I can get an idea of what is put out and used each day (cups, sugar, pots of coffee, tea bags, etc.) for future reference. I also like a weather report included so I can look back and see if, for example, it was extra cold and we made a crazy amount of coffee, etc. What you need to know: Physical - Filled pots are heavy!!
