Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Annual Bayside Mini Rugby Jamboree
We need lots of bodies to make this a fun and successful event for our littlest Sharks and the visiting clubs from around the lower mainland.
Field Set Up Shift 1 - 8:00am-9:30am - Set up post pads, lay out cones to make fields & mark fields for U6-U12 games
Field Set Up Shift 2 - 11:00am-11:30am - Remove cones from fields & set up markers for U14 game
First Aid Level 2 or Higher 10:00am-11:00am & 11:30am-12:30pm - On Call in case of emergency.
Concession Shifts - 9:00am-10:30am & 10:30am-12:00pm & 11:00am-1:30pm - Set up inside clubhouse. Cooking & serving Hot dogs & juice to players and coaches.
Clean Up - 12:30pm-1:30pm - Remove all equipment from fields and brought in the bin or into the clubhouse. Clean inside changerooms and clubhouse.
