ML Booster Workers 2024-2025 signup sheet
Thank your for your willingness to help us make our events run smoothly. Please sign up for shifts that work for your schedule. We ask that each family cover two dates over the course of the year. The activity is listed so you can avoid signing up for an activity your child is in. To make sure there is not an away activity of interest to you, make sure to check the conference calendar. "People needed" can be filled by more than one family member, e.g. a husband, wife and student would count for three slots.
SPLITTING SHIFTS: If you would like to split a shift with another person, either from your family or another family, that is certainly fine. If you arrange to split a shift, please only sign up with one of the slots, not two. For example, if Steve Anderson works from 3:30-6:00 and his best friend Tom Thompson works from 6:00-9:30, thus covering the entire shift, only one of them would sign up. This can work especially well for boys and girls basketball doubleheaders, with families covering shifts opposite of their child's game.
Fall Slots that are not taken will be filled on August 25. Please sign up by then so you get the shifts you want.
PLEASE NOTE: Ending times are approximate. Tickets are sold to a certain point in the event. Concessions time includes cleanup following the conclusion of the event.
CHANGES: In the event of a change in schedule, the Activities Director will notify you. Any changes in dates or times will be communicated via email.
