Winter Coffee Hour Host signup sheet

To volunteer to host a coffee hour, please select an unclaimed date in the list below. Only one family or individual is needed to serve as host each Sunday, but teams of two individuals or families are also welcome. Please provide a simple snack for about 20-30 (for instance, a batch of cookies, or a plate of crackers, or a coffee cake cut into small pieces, or a bowl of grapes or mandarin oranges, or a bowl/tray of small, individually wrapped packets of dried fruit/nuts). If the item you're providing has gluten and/or dairy in it, supplement it with a GF/DF side item (some shelf-stable GF/DF items will be stocked in the coffee hour cupboard). Plan to have setup complete (including starting an extra pot of regular coffee if the one from 8:00 isn't still mostly full) before the service has ended, and please stay and clean up, dispose of extra coffee, turn OFF the coffee machine, and start the dishwasher(s) before you leave afterward. Turn the tag on the dishwasher from "dirty" to "clean" when you start the machine, please!
