Aug 5-8th Flittermice and Dumbledore's Nature Camp 9-11 year olds signup sheet

Welcome to our first youth camp of 2025! Volunteer spots are 8:30 am-12 pm and only 3.5 hours. Volunteers can bring younger children, great opportunity for youth to get work experience. Deni and I will be leading the activities and need 1-2 people to help us. Please contact Terra volunteer@beaumontagsoicety.com.
A modern children's nature focused day camp all about bats and bees presented by the Beaumont & District Agricultural Society (BADAS). This camp is an outdoor hands-on, you might get dirty while you learn camp at the Urban Agriculture Centre located at the BADAS grounds. Come and learn about the importance of bats and bees to ecosystems and agriculture, and why these animals and insects are endangered and how you can help. You will plant habitat for bats and bees to thrive and bring some ways to help bees and bats home with you! Build a bee hotel, see a bat house, learn about native plants, plant seedlings, tour community gardens and food forests, play games, crafts and spend time in nature!
