Event Greeters (registration area guides): After they check in at registration, 2 volunteers to welcome the guests and provide directions to make a pleasant and smooth entry for our guest. The volunteers should be dressed professionally and have branded name tags of the organization, so they are easily identifiable.

Runner: You’re going to have a lot of miscellaneous jobs throughout the evening, so make sure to have spare volunteers you keep close by who can perform various tasks and help whenever their assistance is needed.

During Event/After Event pick up: These volunteers will be responsible for cleaning up any plates, cups, trash from event space. Replacing waters in water stations.
