Hot Lunch Signup - Late March and April

You will find the classroom lists including the physical location, room number, division number and teacher names on plastic sheets in the PAC mailbox in the office (first mailbox on the bottom right). There will also be one master list of all the lunches for that day.

Grades 1-3 typically eat in the Multipurpose Room (MPR), and other grades eat in their classrooms. NOTE: Division 9 is a 3/4 Split, and grade 3s in this classroom eat in the MPR while the grade 4s eat in their classroom.

Empty insulated bags can be lined up along the long bench in the foyer.

Extra/leftover lunches: These are taken to Kettle Friendship Society (KFS) (see below)

For the KFS Drop Off:
- Arrive to MPR at 12:20pm
- Gather to-go bags (stored in the MPR kitchen above the fridge) and use permanent marker (kept in front pocket of bags) to black-out student and teacher names
- Drive bag(s) to the back of the Kettle Friendship Society at 1725 Venables Street at Commercial Drive. Park in behind (north lot; can park in right-of-way lane with hazards on to avoid being ticketed). Enter via back security door (surrounded by colourful murals) - may need to knock. Go through to front client room and unload all items onto the appropriate table.
- Return PAC to-go bags by drop-off same-day (in the MPR kitchen above the fridge)
