Join us in a socially distanced way as Tri-Town YMCA presents its first-ever Drive Thru BBQ Fundraiser. Be a part of an event that brings friends, families, and the community together in a way that is safe and fun. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old and free of communicable illness and must not have been exposed to COVID-19.

Upon arrival, volunteers will report to a designated lot where you will complete a volunteer waiver and receive further instructions about your assignment. Please be sure to wear a mask, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes. We will be on our feet and outside for the duration of this event so please be sure to dress for the weather. Gloves will be made available for those who are working on the food service line/distributing food boxes. Access to the washrooms will be made available to volunteers.

5 B's Catering will be bringing all supplies, grills, and the food to be cooked/distributed. Meals will include a quarter chicken, pork chop, baked beans, coleslaw, applesauce, roll, and butter. Meals are $15 each and a portion of the sales will benefit Tri-Town YMCA and other local nonprofit organizations. Meals can be preordered online or purchased in-person. Cash and credit cards will be accepted on the day of the event.
