Gate Greeting Shift to get EOBR a Grant on 11/1/19 (4:30pm to 9pm) signup sheet
Want to help EOBR get a $500 donation? Oakland First Fridays has offered East Oakland Burrito Roll the opportunity for a $500 stipend
(which would pay for an entire roll and feed 500 people!!!).....IF we can get at least 10 volunteers to be gate greeters and collect donations at the front gate entrance (Telegraph at West Grand Ave) for First Friday on November 1st.
My goal is to get 20 people so we can split the shifts into two time frames
shift 1 = 4:30pm to 7pm
shift 2 = 7pm to 9pm.
Please be prepared to do the entire shift of 4:30pm to 9pm if we are not able to secure 20 people.
I will call or text you to check in directly by 10/15/19 and update you on how many folks are actually committed to showing up.
Volunteers will receive food vouchers, social media exposure and a free t-shirt. Please dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes, bring your own water bottle.
The shift would be from 4:30pm to 9pm with a dinner break, BUT if we are able to get more than 10 committed volunteers we can break these shifts up into smaller increments. This is a very simple way to help us stay funded and you get to hang out and enjoy the good vibes.

It's important you can fully commit to showing up on time and stay for the entire shift otherwise EOBR will Not qualify for the stipend. Thank you in advance for your time and help!
