2025 Colloquium - "Bridging the Gap"

Volunteers Role Descriptions
- Event Setup: Help ensure all is ready for the event
- Registration: Check-in attendees, distribute event materials (e.g., name tags, programs), and answer initial questions.
- Food/Kitchen: Help set up and serve dinner. Help transition space
- Ushers & Greeters: Will help flow of traffic/answer questions
- Speakers/Presenters Attendants: You will be responsible to care for the needs of our guest speakers/presenters
- Clean Up: Clean and organize the venue.
- VOACC Information Table (VOA staff only): Answer questions about VOA, give out swag, collect surveys, etc. Entire event, but main time is beginning, break and transitions (you may still attend sessions)
- Wherever Needed: Serve as floaters to assist in various areas where additional help is needed.
