LOCATION: Main assembly hall
SUPPLIES - All drinks and urns will be provided by the HSA, ready to collect from the container
PREP - add some water and turn on urns, fill with mulled wine to warm. Udderlicious will delivery 100 scoops of ice cream between 12 -2 pm
ROLE - run and manage sale of drinks and ice cream throughout fair
CLEAR UP - tidy away remaining stock at the end and clean & tidy the area, wipe down tables and return all equipment & freezer to the HSA container
