Session Slide Deck Coordinator: This person needs to be very organized and have an excellent understanding of Zoom and Microsoft PowerPoint. Their primary role is to start the PowerPoints for presenters and share screen through Zoom for the virtual audience. They will need to transfer the PowerPoints from one computer to another and arrange in order of presentation time. They will be working with the PowerPoint Coordinator and hotel audio visual staff, and will be stationed in the meeting room during their shift. Laptop, materials, and training will be provided.
