U11 Volunteer Signup - Phase 2 - Day 2 AM (September 12)

Please complete this form to sign up as a volunteer during the U11 Rep Evaluation Phase 1 - Day 2 (September 12). Before you make your selections, we kindly request that you have read the descriptions for each volunteer role and are aware of what is required for the shift you sign up for. Members will not have the ability to edit their selections after the form has been submitted so to avoid additional work for LMHA, please review your choices carefully. Thank you in advance!

Please do not sign up as HCSP (Hockey Canada Safety Person) unless you are fully certified. If you are not sure, please email info@langleyminorhockey.ca and allow 48 hours for a response.

Masks are mandatory for all volunteers in the common areas and in the dressing rooms. Masks are required for players when they enter/exit the building, and when they are in the dressing room without their helmet on.
