Registration/Check-in - Check-in pre registered participants (Hard copy list will be used to track). Provide participant with wristband and ticket if eligible for NAMIWalk Tshirt. Direct participants to the swag bag and sign table. Walk-up Registration (Hard copy form or online form must be completed for every participant. Donations can be made online with phone, or via check or cash. Provide receipts for any check or cash Donation. Provide participant with wristband and ticket if eligible for NAMIWalk Tshirt. Direct participant to the swag bag and sign table. ( Hard copy list of Walk-Up Registrants eligible for NAMIWalk Shirt must be assembled. Hard copy list of pre-registered participants will be kept and marked off at swag bag and sign table.)
