We partner with the Environmental Resource Center (ERC) to host a Restoration and Weed Pull Event one Saturday a month, May-July. We will have a guest speaker at each event to discuss topics about Biodiversity, Pollinators, etc.

Simons Bauer Restoration and Weed Pull Event with the ERC,
Saturday, May 8th from 10:00am-12:00pm

We will be meeting at the north side of the Lions Park parking lot. We’ll have a short introduction, speaker, and review of the work, then will walk to the Simons Bauer Preserve via the hiking trail. We’ll provide the tools, trash bags, and equipment you will need the day. Please bring a pair of gloves if you have them; we will have extra pairs of gloves for volunteers.
