Unless otherwise noted, all shifts are located at the Waikīkī Aquarium on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
If NOT attending as an EVENT GUEST, please feel free to sign up for multiple shifts as long as time does not overlap.
If you are attending as an EVENT GUEST, please only volunteer for one task below & enjoy the evening!

Event Pre-Set: Unload, organize, and prep event equipment on side lawn.
Silent Auction Tables Pre-Setup: Place auction items on tables with bid sheets and make tables look nice.
Event Setup: Tents, tables, chairs, table covering, décor, lights, etc.
Welcome Table / Greeters: Check in guests, name tags, wristbands, etc.
Silent Auction Monitors: Make sure guests are bidding on items correctly.
Silent Auction Close Out & Organization: Prepare receipts and display board for auction winners.
Silent Auction Receipt Distributor: Give receipts to auction winners.
Silent Auction Payment Processing: Take credit cards/check/cash for payments.
Silent Auction Item Retriever: Collect auction items for winners at check out.
Donation Pledge Runners: Collect pledge sheets from guests during call for donations.
Team Mascots: Encourage guest participation in activities, cheer on team, participate in Super Bike Half Time Show. Celebrate at the end.
Cheerleaders: Encourage guest participation in activities, cheer on team, participate in Super Bike Half Time Show.
Referees: Monitor and score one of the event activities.
Bartenders: Pour and serve beverages, mark wristbands.
Appetizer Station Replenishers: Keep appetizers and plates stocked at station.
Event Support - Bus Tables, Empty Rubbish Cans: Tidy up event area during dinner.
Event Cleanup: Clear tables, pack equipment, load vehicles, remove rubbish.
