LOCATION: Main assembly hall
SUPPLIES - All prizes, raffle tickets, sign up forms & tombola spinner will be provided by the HSA, ready to collect from the container
PREP - Display all prizes, put sign up forms and pens on clipboards
ROLE - run and manage sale of raffle tickets throughout fair. Call out winners and write down at 2:50 pm
CLEAR UP - tidy away at the end and clean & tidy the area
