Northaven Trail Rescued Plants Planting Day signup sheet

January 18, 2026 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Let’s Get Our Hands Dirty!

We've rescued hundreds of native plants, and they need a new home! These plants, saved from a site set to become a warehouse complex, are generously donated to the Northaven Trail restoration by St. Mark’s School of Texas students and other local prairie enthusiasts. They’ll be on hand to lead the work day.

Bring your gloves, a soil knife or tree shovel (if you’ve got one), and don’t forget your water, and sun protection. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes to get down and dirty and make our trail more welcoming for pollinators and people!

Where: Park on Lavendale, between St. Michael’s and Pebbledowne.
