LOCATION: Dining hall
SUPPLIES - All crafting supplies will be provided by the HSA, ready to collect from the container (Katy Fattuhi is the main point person)
PREP - set up Autumn gallery, set up tables and all equipment for crafting
ROLE - run and manage crafting activities throughout fair, take payment and support Katy
5pm Magic show! Support Olly from Overthetop Kids to crowd control and keep to 1 end of the dinning hall
CLEAR UP - tidy away remaining materials at the end and clean & tidy the area, wipe all tables and messy surfaces
