LOCATION: Main gate (Nightingale Lane entrance)
SUPPLIES - tables, chairs, signage, inflatable wrist bands & coffee cups will be provided by the HSA, ready to collect from the container
PREP - Set up tables and chairs and all signage and items ready for collection DOWNLOAD ticket tailor check in app to scan QR codes (Alex Lawson will sign you in on the day)
ROLE - run and manage people entering and exiting the fair, ensure NO children leave unaccompanied, take payments and scan QR codes
CLEAR UP - tidy away tables and clean & tidy the area
