Hot Lunch - Spring 2025 signup sheet

There will be two reference list of all the lunches for that day in the PAC mailbox in the office. One can be cut up into divisions for easier distribution.

Divisions 1-4 are in Pod 4 "Alder Pod" in the North-West corner of the second floor (Charles Street side to the back of the school)
Divisions 5-8 are in Pod 5 "Wolf Pod" in the North-East corner of the second floor (Charles Street side to the front of the school)
Divisions 9-17 usually eat in the Multipurpose Room, unless it is being used for a presentation
Divisions 18-20 are in Pod 1 "Bear Pod" in the South-West corner of the first floor (Kitchener Street side to the back of the school)

Extra/leftover lunches for the Kettle Friendship Society:
- Arrive to MPR at 12:30pm
- Gather to-go bags (stored in the MPR kitchen above the fridge) and use permanent marker (kept in front pocket of bags) to black-out student and teacher names
- Drive bag(s) to the back of the Kettle Friendship Society at 1725 Venables Street at Commercial Drive. Park in behind (north lot; can park in right-of-way lane with hazards on to avoid being ticketed). Enter via back security door (surrounded by colourful murals) - may need to knock. Go through to front client room and unload all items onto the appropriate table.
- Return PAC to-go bags by drop-off same-day (in the MPR kitchen above the fridge)
