Standing Up for Kids & Families 2019 signup sheet

Want to make a difference for kids in the Greater Sacramento Area? Standing Up for Kids & Families is an annual community outreach expo hosted by Defending the Cause Regional Alliance where people can engage with our network of over 40 local agencies and nonprofits who could use YOUR HELP providing important resources to vulnerable kids and families.

This event is FREE and includes fun for all ages with food trucks, music, games, prizes and performances on our KidsZone stage. We'll also have on-site service opportunities where people can donate new backpacks, stuffed animals or blankets and kids can color birthday cards for kids in the foster system.
We are looking for volunteers to help with promotion, set up/clean up, and management of the KidsZone stations. Please sign up below...all shifts are 1-1.5 hours so you can stay and enjoy the entire event! Volunteers of all ages are invited to serve but kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their shift. This can be a great way to give back as a family or group!

This event is being held at Bayside Granite Bay 8191 Sierra College Blvd., Roseville, CA 95661. Please check in 5 minutes prior to your shift at the Info Booth.
