Senior Food Box Program signup sheet

As a volunteer, you will be sent to the Utah Food Bank (3150 S 900 W South Salt Lake, UT) during the operating hours designated below. You will be given food boxes intended for senior citizens and people with disabilities within Salt Lake County. Once you sign up, you will be sent all the information you need to complete your delivery route.
