LEADER BEER SERVER - Must be at least 21 years old and PRIOR HCF EXPERIENCE IS HELPFUL. This position supervises and oversses the Beer Servers are working in the beer tent dispensing and delivering beer to customers with a proof of legal age wrist band and a beer ticket. The Server must take the ticket and put it into the designated ticket receptacle so that it can't be re-used. They fill the beer cup, hand the beer to the customer and say 'Thanks'. Critical importance is verifying the wrist band and getting a ticket before delivering a beer. It is a crime to provide beer to a minor. Most importantly in this position, to ensure the best Hot Chicken Festival Ever.
