Competitions Coordinator ___________________________________________________________________________ Organise repair and maintenance on target butts/stands as necessary for competition, prepare field for forthcoming competition, organise line markings on field, ensure PA is charged and batteries are available for microphone, organise Archers Diary for competition, the allocation of lanes for archers, determine the number and size of target faces for the type of round to be shot, the level of archers on each target and the type of bow used on each target, ensure score cards are available, notify Catering Officer on number of people for lunch. On day of competition - organise erecting of overshoot curtain, organise positioning of target stands in relation to ground markings, organise setup of target numbering display boards, organise setup of PA and Timing/Light system, organise target faces
