North Canton Craft Beer Fest signup sheet

The North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the Annual North Canton Craft Beer Festival, a one-of-a-kind experience for North Canton and our neighbors. We need a strong volunteer team to make it happen.

Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
(early entry for VIP ticket holders at 4 p.m.)

CAN VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATE IN EVENT ACTIVITIES?
Absolutely! Please stick around before or after your volunteer shift and enjoy the event, and use your 5 tasting tickets. If you are volunteering for the full event, we have extra volunteers at most stations so you can take a break.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:
Check in – You’ll be checking in attendees, checking IDs, distributing correct wristbands, and tracking zip codes.

Line Control – We have 600 people coming and will be working to get them inside checked in as quickly as possible. You’ll help make this happen by directing guests to the next available check in station.

Welcome Committee – After they’ve been checked in, you’ll be giving VIP and regular tickets holders (not designated drivers) a people’s choice ballot, event flyer, drink tickets and glasses.

Beer Pouring – You’ll be pouring beer, accepting beer tickets (as payment), rinsing glasses, and verifying that everyone has the correct wristband.

VIP Station - VIP ticket holders can make a "snacklace" to have throughout the event. Help VIP attendees create their snacklace and refill snack stations.

Clean Up Crew - Join the Beer Fest committee in assisting vendors with closedown.
