MPR & Mobile Menders Coat Drive 12-8-2019 (Sunday) signup sheet

Mobile Menders and Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) are partnering together to gather and mend coats to donate to those in need. MPR is hosting Mobile Menders at their headquarters in downtown St. Paul on Sunday, December 8th from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Date: 12-8-2019 (Sunday)
Time: 12:00 to 4:00 (Please allow enough time to drop off your supplies, park and start by noon)
The room is available from 11:00 to 5:00 for set up and take down

Parking: Pay lot at 69 E 7th St for $5 (Flat rate: Mobile Menders volunteers your parking will be reimbursed). Volunteers can pull up to the cul-de-sac in the back of MPR and we will have volunteers available to help unload. Other options are carpooling and using Metro Transit.

We are in need of a variety of volunteers to make this event successful. We need machine menders, hand menders and runners (As a "Coat Runner" you'll ensure that the coats are ready for the menders, make sure the coats stay organized throughout the event and box mended coats up as their mending is completed so that our menders can keep on mending).
