Coordinate obtaining golf carts from local businesses and individuals to use during the parade.

Coordinate pick up and return of golf carts (to/from storage location). Inspect each cart for damage. Verify each cart is fully charged with good batteries or if gas-powered, with gas and good starting battery.

Coordinate overnight storage (for the night before the parade) of golf carts at secure location (CAMCO)

Assign golf carts to locations/individuals as determined by committee

Document golf cart owner information for certificate of insurance and thank you letters.

Submit list of gold cart donors to County Manager for COI.

Maintain spreadsheet of golf cart owner POC information, golf cart assigned area and driver.

Inspect Golf Carts for damage, operation, and battery charge (upon arrival).
