LOCATION: Pergola (middle playground)
SUPPLIES - All drinks and snacks will be provided by the HSA, ready to collect from the container
PREP - 12 bags of ice will need buying (keep receipts) and filling the 2 eski coolers at 2 pm
ROLE - run and manage sale of drinks and snacks throughout fair
CLEAR UP - tidy away remaining stock at the end and clean & tidy the area
