*January 20th 2024 Ladies Day Organizing Team and Volunteers signup sheet

The 2024 Ladies Day event is fast approaching and we are looking for volunteers.

We are keeping with the same theme as last year which is “SIMPLE”. Many hands make light work and the goal is for everyone to enjoy the day.

Volunteering allows you to earn Volunteer hours which then, in return helps you qualify for the volunteer membership rate for the next ski season.
****Since the goal is for volunteers to also participate and enjoy the day, ( Pre-event set up Volunteers get credit for 4 hours, Volunteers at the Event general get credit for 1 to 2 hours of time) ****
****please respond to, REGISTER and PAY if you plan to attend the event.

WE HAVE A FEW POSITIONS ON THE LADIES DAY ORGANIZING COMMITTEE STILL AVAILABLE. See numbered tasks in the signup form.
This is a returning well planned and documented event, so don't be afraid to join the Planning Committee!
1. Last Year 's Financial Volunteer has also offered to “walk (the new Financial Volunteer) through the process. It is pretty straightforward.”

We are still looking for volunteers to help with pre, during and post event activities.
2. If you live in the area, there are some PRE-EVENT tasks such as pick up supplies, signs to be made etc., which need to be done.
3. Looking for someone who will work with a mentor, and be willing in the next year to take on the task of setting up and running the audio visual equipment for the next few years.
4. Door PRIZES

Please note that some of the timing posted below may be altered by the Organizing Committee, however, you will be notified of any changes.

4. We are also looking for items to be donated for door prizes!
