WINTER 2024 2025 Ladies Day Organizing Team and Volunteers signup sheet

The 2025 Ladies Day event date has been set for Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
Set-up on Friday January 17th from 4:00 to 7:30 pm.

We are keeping with the same theme as last year which is “SIMPLE”. Many hands make light work and the goal is for everyone to enjoy the day.

***Also*please respond to the Invite being sent out, Pay, and Register ... If you PLAN TO ATTEND AS PART OF THE SIT DOWN MEAL. With the exception of one task, i.e., THE KITCHEN CREW from 10:30 to 12:30, most of the Volunteer positions are before or after the meal . .. so you can get your Volunteer hours in, go for a ski, plus enjoy the meal and a glass of wine with friends.

WE HAVE A FEW POSITIONS ON THE LADIES DAY ORGANIZING COMMITTEE STILL AVAILABLE. Lines #1 to #11..... list the Key Lead positions.
This is a returning well planned and documented event, so don't be afraid to join the Planning Committee!

Please note that some of the timing posted below may be altered by the Organizing Committee, however, you will be notified of any changes.
DONATIONS OF DOOR PRIZES APPRECIATED.
