Thanks for volunteering to help with Wednesday Night Barbecues! The shopper will purchase all needed meat, buns, condiments, drinks needed for that Wednesday. Set-Up will get tables & chairs out, make lemonade and get water ready,, prep food table with plates, silverware, napkins, buns, condiments. Clean-up will put food / condiments away, wipe down tables / chairs and put away, clean up beverage area and take out trash. Grillers will grilling hamburgers and hotdogs throughout the barbecue.
