IDEA Festival - Kayhi Auditorium, Gym and Commons signup sheet
Wednesday, November 23, 2022 - Load-In and set up
This is when we get the venue ready for artists to come in and set up their booths. We will be moving a lot of things, taping off booths on the Gym Floor, hanging signage, and helping artists. Lots of moving, lots of excitement!!!
Friday, November 25, 2022 - IDEA Festival, 10am-5pm
Saturday, November 26, 2022, 10am-5pm
Sunday, November 27, 2022, 10am-3:30pm
Volunteer positions will be at the Welcome table, the KAAHC booth selling Wearable Art Show tickets and Raffle for the Arts tickets, plus a few Human Directional Signs. Additionally we will need ushers for the IDEA Festival Speaker Series on Saturday. Sunday will also include tear down and cleaning of the venue
