May 2024 Potluck Dinner signup sheet

Our Annual Awards Banquet is Tuesday May 7, starting at 6 pm. The banquet replaces our regularly scheduled meeting.

6:00 pm - Potluck Dinner
Appetizers begin at 6 pm, and the main course is served around 6:30 pm. Please bring a dish for the potluck (appetizer, salad, side dish, dessert, or breads & butter) and a serving utensil, or volunteer to assist with party setup beginning at 4:30 pm. SDCOS provides the main courses -- (1) chicken kebab, (2) mixed lamb and beef kebab, and (3) falafel -- as well as soda, coffee, tea, plates, cups, and utensils. Members may bring their own alcoholic beverages. There is no plant forum, so members with plants in bloom are encouraged to bring decorative plants to showcase as centerpieces for their tables.

7:00 pm - Presentation
Ann Tuskes will present a photographic review of the plants that received awards at the spring show.
