ACS Starlight Soiree 2023 - Best of Live signup sheet

The event is being held at the Museum of Science and Curiosity. MOSAC (visitmosac.org)
Parking will be covered by the event.

Dress code will be nice/cocktail attire.

Best of Live Duties:

Responsible for selling Best of Live tickets to guests. There are 100 tickets, giving each guest a chance of 1 in 100 to win
Each volunteer will have a clipboard showing the Live Auction packages so guests can preview
Ensure the purchaser fills in their bid number and signature on the raffle ticket, and you will give them a raffle ticket with the bid number to be placed in the raffle box.
One volunteer will assist as a floater
One volunteer will be a runner to take transaction slips to registration to be entered into the computer.
