Arcadia Valley Solar Eclipse Volunteers - Thank you for being willing to help!!

*Please only sign up for a slot if you are sure you are able to volunteer for that shift - we are counting on you!
*We will have information on responsibilities for each of these teams sent to you prior to your shift.
*Please keep your eyes out for an all-hands volunteer meeting the week prior to the event
*There is a link at the bottom of the sign up sheet to contact me (Megan) with questions.

-- Load In/Out Team: This team will help set up and tear down vendors, activities etc. This is a great role for task oriented people. :)
-- Parking Team: These are reserved for groups who are looking for fundraising opportunities. If you sign up - Megan will contact you to see if your group is a good fit for our needs
-- Welcome & Information Team: This group will interact the most with the public. This is a great role for friendly, outgoing individuals :)
-- Events Team: This team will be helping run activities and event logistics. This is a great role for friendly people with a lot of patience :)
