Striving for Zero Waste Community - Awareness Campaign signup sheet

Green Kids Now, Inc., is combining our existing recycling projects into one bigger project called, “Striving for Zero Waste Community”.
We have volunteer opportunities for:
a) Adults - to become supervisors and trainers
b) Children – to become youth speakers and leaders and help your local community become a Zero Waste community
Green Kids Now, Inc., has an approved presentation deck for you to use. We will train you to present the materials with the correct message.
For the calendar year 2014, we will be focusing on the Tri-City area of CA – Fremont, Newark, and Union City. Our goal for 2014 is to reach ~ 30,000 people with our awareness campaign.

***Students can earn community services credits and will receive recognition certificates.***
Outstanding youth contributors who exhibit passion and environmental stewardship will be considered for the Green Champ Award (medal, certificate, and $100).
