Volunteers must be 21 years old!!! We do have limited opportunities for volunteers ages 18-20 but these will need to be coordinated with the fundraising director(s).
Uniform requirements:
-- Black Pants, Shorts, Capris, Skort (Appropriate length and professional looking. No cutoffs, daisy dukes, stretch or yoga pants, sweats or athletic shorts. Nothing with stripes or patterns)
-- Closed Toe Athletic Shoes (slip resistant)
-- Name badge (provided by CPW)
-- Uniform shirt - pick up at tent after checking in (provided by CCUMP)
-- You can wear a hat, but no slogans or anything team specific (unless an NPO group and all are wearing the same team hat)

We are guaranteed to staff events labeled as "PENDING". However, the exact number of volunteers and arrival times are subject to change until show day info is confirmed with the venue management.
Venue is rain or shine. In the event there is a major weather situation (like a hurricane) we'll be notified of schedule changes in advance.
REMINDER: The mission of the Pop Warner Little Scholars is to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a structured environment. The PWLS Official Rulebook emphasizes that practice and game day participation takes priority over fundraising activities. Please remember for practice sessions or game days, your child must attend the practice/game and cannot show up late or leave early to make it to a fundraising event.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel with minimal notice, you may be asked to help fill your spot. After 3 cancellations you will no longer be allowed to fundraise at Walnut Creek for the remainder of the concert season. If you no show, the same as canning, you will no longer be able to fundraise at Walnut Creek for the remainder of the concert season.
