James Douglas Volunteer Expression of Interest Form for 2026-27 signup sheet

Hello Douglas families,

Douglas PAC is already preparing for the 2026-27 school year!

We need A LOT of volunteers throughout the year and without your generous help, none of these events would be possible!

In order to gauge numbers, we want to get an idea of who's interested in helping. *THIS SIGN UP SHEET IS JUST TO CONFIRM YOUR INTEREST IN WANTING TO VOLUNTEER FOR 2026/27*. Please sign up below and we will reach out as necessary!

There are many types of volunteering opportunities available ranging from 20 minutes at a specific school event to leadership roles for the school year. You are absolutely not obligated to volunteer regularly. If you can only help out once, that be would highly appreciated. We can also work with you if remote work is more convenient as not all volunteering opportunities require you to be available in-person. Many volunteering opportunities will occur during school hours but there will also be situations where we need volunteers right before and right after school.

*Reminder that Douglas PAC's 2026 Annual General Meeting is on Monday, June 15th @ 7:00PM at the Main School library. We are accepting nominations for PAC Executive roles. Please visit our Linktree at https://linktr.ee/jamesdouglaspac to find out more about all the various volunteer roles. The list provided is just a sampling of potential roles, and new roles can be created if there is enough interest.

We are also recruiting soon to be Grade 7 parents to get involved in Grade 7 specific events for the upcoming school year. It's a great way to help support your child in fundraising efforts for their final year, such as the annual camping trip and their graduation event.
