PLEASE REPORT TO ROOM C1 (VOLUNTEER OFFICE) 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF SHIFT TO CHECK IN FOR YOUR SHIFT.

Field Show volunteers manages getting bands into the start queue and warm up area, clearing a path across the parking lot for bands in transit, confirming the location of bands and linking escorts & band directors in preparation for moving to the field. Field Show volunteers manages the movement of people, bands, and equipment on the Visitor and Home ramps. Field Show volunteers facilitate/coordinate the awards ceremony the distribution of trophies.
