Set Up: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Volunteer Debrief: 12:50pm
Event Start: 1:00pm
Event Finish: 3:00-3:15pm
Pack Up: 3:15pm – 4:30pm
Run Schedule:
1:00–1:10pm: Sensory Run (no powder/water/music – no volunteers on course)
1:10pm: Yr 6 | 1:20pm: Yr 5 | 1:30pm: Yr 4 | 1:45pm: Yr 3
1:55pm: Yr 2 | 2:10pm: Yr 1 | 2:25pm: Pre-Primary | 2:40pm: Kindy
2:50pm: Teacher Drenching
3:00pm: Volunteer & Sponsor Run
Possible free-for-all run depending on powder/amenity availability
Volunteer Roles:
First Aid – Minor student first aid - must have minimum Valid First Aid Certificate
Set Up – Course layout, inflatables, stations, signage
Start Line – Organise year groups, give brief run instructions
Stations – Supervise water/powder stations and obstacles
Finish Line – Guide students back to teachers
Icy Poles – Cut and hand out
Pack Up – Remove obstacles, collect rubbish
Bathroom Supervisor – Monitor Peron/Challenger toilets only; no students to return to classrooms
