Cook a dinner meal for 6 adults. No shellfish!!! Light on the dairy for a dairy sensitive person. Lactose free is best.
Deliver to the school between 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm in disposable containers that will not be returned to you. Any questions email glroddis@shaw.ca.
You may claim 3 Parent Participation hours per meal (for shopping, cooking and meal cost) plus your driving time.
