Volunteer sign-up for Good Woman Dance Collective's Convergence. November 14-16th, 2019 at Théâtre de la Cité (8627 rue Marie-Anne Gaboury, Edmonton). Please contact Amy at admin@goodwomen.ca with any questions or concerns.
DESCRIPTION OF VOLUNTEER TASKS:
BOX OFFICE: sell tickets, issue tickets to folks on comps list, use 'Square' POS for electronic sales, sell merchandise (t-shirts), keep tally of sales. provide information about content warnings & sensory kits (which will be available upon request).
TICKET TAKERS + 50/50 HELP: stand at entrance to theatre and rip tickets, direct patrons to general direction of their seats. assist with 50/50 ticket sales during intermission.
50/50 TICKET SELLERS: volunteers are to rove around during intermission and sell 50/50 tickets to patrons.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE USHERS: dedicated ushers to assist with folks who require help getting to 2nd floor balcony; may involve simply providing directions and/or taking them to their seats.
