To help with the success of the party we are looking for items, food, and volunteers. You can sign up for multiple volunteer spots except for the coaches. They will be responsible for your group of 12 or 13 students during the party. When donating an item to the class to use for the party it is Very Important that you label each item with your Name, your Teachers name and/or Room Number. The items should be dropped off by Monday June 6th to your child's classroom. It will be held in the classroom for you to pick up on June 6th after school. If you can not pick up at that time please let the teacher know and work it out with them. The volunteers will help move the items to the park and set up from 9 to 10am. The students will be there from 10am to 12:30 for lunch, games etc and will return to lunch recess about 12:40pm on June 6th.
