May 30 2026 Sale Day Volunteer Sign UP

This form is for all volunteer opportunities for the Saturday event itself
Please be sure to check the times that you are signing up for.

COFFEE - Make coffee and organize any snacks for volunteers working.
SNACK PROVIDERS - provide snacks for volunteers during set up and day of the sale. Please have snacks to the church by 930 each morning ( Wed
Sat)
GREETERS: Greet customers at the East Door and provide brief overview of layout.
COFFEE: come in and make coffee and organize any snacks for volunteers working.
WAYFINDERS: these volunteers will guide folk to the rooms they are looking for
FLOORWALKERS: large hall, small hall, lower level - will offer assistance where needed and if required pass on to Organizer for more assistance
BAKE SALE TABLE: Supervise and sell the baked goods, noting which items are nut free or gluten fee items.
CASHIERS: Take payment at central location using the pricing system - there is an overlap in times to allow for smooth coverages
BAGGERS: help to put items in bags or boxes, count items for cashier if necessary
END OF SALE PACK UP This is very heavy, fast work. Pack leftover items and bring to trucks or to storage space
CLEAN UP: Tables taken down and put away in proper places, clothing area items put away neatly in storage cupboard, dry and wet mop all floors, replace any furniture that was moved and be sure that garbage is out to the dumpster and that all recyclables are dealt with.
( JO will take the recyclables home)

On each task you will see these letters: H - Heavy work - lifting, carrying, fast paced tasks
S - indicates standing, any task that requires you to be casually mobile
Sit - task where you are sitting or where sitting is possible

As large numbers are required for the Bake Table and for the Snacks, sign up sheets will be available at church .
