Unfortunately, due to the ice storm and school cancellations, Yujin Gakuen will not be able to host the Oshogatsu event on Friday, January 19th.
We are incredibly grateful for your willingness to participate at this community event. While we're hoping to reschedule, we do not have a new date right now. We will share information as it is determined. If you are unable to volunteer at the new event, we can remove you from the signup sheet.

Volunteer to help at the Oshogatsu Festival - Date and Time TBD
In order to make this a fun and memorable event, we need your help! Volunteers are needed to help set up booths, supervise activities, and clean up afterwards. No previous experience or training required. Your time and energy are all we need, everything else will be provided!
Activity shifts will be available in 30-minute increments from 5:30-7:30pm. Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts if you can! Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to starting your shift to allow for transition time. Prior to the event, an email with day of specifics will be sent out to volunteers.
Student volunteer shifts are open to any middle and high school students with community service hours available upon request.
The Set-Up Crew is needed in the 2 hours prior to event and the Clean-Up Crew will be needed for approximately 1 hour after the event concludes. If you want to help with either of these options, but cannot commit to the full time slot, please sign up anyway and let us know your availability at ygschoolpto@gmail.com.
