Volunteers will have a nature discovery table utilizing the mammal trunk items. This event is for Lakewood Elementary students and their families to learn about nature and enjoy the LOLA . Please watch the weather, this event is outdoors. Street parking is available or there is a parking lot next to the school. Pick up & Deliver and return Mammal Trunk (when picking up the trunk, please select the urban type mammals (coyotes, opposums, raccons. each will have a pelt, skull, scat, tracks, and informational display card) for the event, also volunteer for the event. See Resources tab on NTMN webpage for directions for trunk pick up. Also email communityed.@ntmn.org for help.
On or before March 23, pick up mammal trunk, bring to Lakewood Elementary, set up display, stay at the event to work at the booth, take down and return the trunk to the storage unit.
