The Annual celebration of culture, heritage, and resilience at the Black History Festival at the Victoria Community Center, 2905 E. North Street, from 11am-3pm. Embrace the richness of Black history through art, music, and fellowship. Let's come together to honor the contributions of African Americans. CASA will have a booth and chairs, so come out and enjoy the festivities and help recruit new volunteers.
