Jog-A-Thon November 8, 2019 signup sheet

The Jog-A-Thon event is for the entire school, so with potentially almost 850 kids participating, we need as many volunteers as we can get. You do have to be cleared to volunteer because this is on campus during school hours. The kids are excited, and it's going to be a fun event. And you get to cheer the kids on! This year, we want to build a balloon arch, so please email us if you can help. We are also planning to use a barcode scanner app on mobile phones to track students' laps, which will require an internet connection and some data usage. Please volunteer to sign up for the class run times only if you are willing to download and use the barcode scanner app on your phone. We will have requirements to download the app and test it out before the JAT day. Additionally, if you signed up for run times, please come 20 minutes earlier than the run start time, so that you can help the students get their barcode badges on. But everyone gets to cheer the kids on. More details to come. Thank you for volunteering!
