For this magical event, we will need your help! This is always a special event for our choirs and it requires a team of dedicated parent and family volunteers to help with everything from ticket sales to ushering. Your support ensures our students can shine on stage while guests enjoy a welcoming and organized event.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Dress Pick up at Center Grove High School - Drive to collect the dresses we are renting for this event. (A Van or Large vehicle would be needed)
Setup - Help decorating the auditorium lobby and the auditorium with Christmas decorations
Ticket Sales – Sell tickets at the door
Ticket Scanner - Scan tickets at the door (will need a cell phone and email with directions will be sent prior to the event)
Usher – Welcome guests & help guests find seats; distribute programs
Concessions – Set up, sell, and clean up concessions
Clean Up- Help take down the decorations
If this is your first time volunteering, we’ll make sure you know exactly what to do — no experience necessary!
